Dr. Pratap Sriram Sundar
CEO and Chief Consultant
Dr. Pratap Sriram Sundar holds B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering), M. Tech (Industrial Engineering) from S.V. University, Tirupati, India, and Ph.D (Industrial Engineering) from Northeastern University, Boston. He worked as an Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mumbai for seven years. After completing his Ph.D he worked as Customer Advocacy Manager in Paraform, a Silicon Valley company in Santa Clara, CA, and then as Director of Manufacturing in Innovation Sports, Los Angeles, CA, USA for five years before returning to India for good.
He offers his training and consulting services in the fields of industrial engineering, product design, demand planning, scenario planning, supply chain management, lean systems design, and six-sigma. He authored 18 conference papers, 4 journal papers and 6 book chapters. He was a member of Industrial Engineering Honor Society (Alpha Pi Mu), a member of The Scientific Research Society (Sigma Xi). He received “Outstanding Scholarly Work” certificate from the Director of LRM (Laboratory for Responsible Manufacturing), Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA in Apr. 2000. He also received the “Best Team Performer” award from the CEO of Paraform, Inc., in Dec. 2000.
He received training in Theory of Constraints (TOC) from Dr. Eli Goldratt at Boston, and training in Axiomatic Design at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Boston, and training in Lean Manufacturing at MIT, Boston, USA. He attended the NSF (National Science Foundation, Washington, DC) Workshop on “Nanotechnology” at Boston, USA. He visited more than 250 companies and offered his services to about 50 companies in the last 30 years. He is the cofounder director of GSS Products Pvt Ltd. He is a fervent explorer of nature and science. His hobbies are giving lectures on nature, and exploring the heavenly skies with his Meade 200LX 10-inch telescope.

Raviraju Guntumadugu
Ravi Raju Guntumadugu holds BTech in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University. He has over thirty years of experience in the areas of maintenance management, project engineering, marketing and entrepreneurship. He worked with Rallis India, Kumar Chemicals India, Thoi Chemicals, and Richard Engineering. He handled many turnkey projects for chemical companies manufacturing Ossein, Gelatin, Calcium Phosphate, Sulphuric acid, and photographic chemicals. He was the founder director of SRS, Innovision Technologies Pvt Ltd., a hundred percent export oriented company in the business of plastic and metal injection molding tools.
Seshu Reddy Pellakuru
Seshu Reddy Pellakuru holds BTech in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University, Tirupati and M.Tech in Industrial Management from IIT-Chennai. He has over thirty years of experience in HMT Ltd., a multi-product multi-unit conglomerate, specializing in the areas of production management, industrial engineering, quality systems, management information systems, ERP, demand planning, scenario planning for operations, and corporate planning. He supervised order processing system in machine tools division from order-to-delivery addressing the needs of numerous customers. He was closely associated with JICA (Japan International Coordination Agency) in implementing productivity tools and 5S.
Dr. Warlu Nalajala
Dr. Warlu Nalajala is a certified neuro-linguistic programming trainer, personal development coach, writer, motivator and educator. In this workshop he educates and motivates the workshop participants to leverage their inner potential to achieve phenomenal success.
Dr. Nalajala is the founder of Warlu’s Institute of Success Education (WISE). He did his M.A, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in English from Osmania University. He did his doctoral dissertation on communication skills. He was trained by national and international experts in management, communication, leadership, psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, and success education.
Dr. Warlu has conducted several professional public training programs for judges, educationists, civil servants, public and political representatives, print and electronic media personnel, doctors, pilots, priests, business tycoons and corporate executives. People from all walks of life have attended his transformative workshops. More than one hundred thousand people benefited by attending his power-packed programs.

Kesava Reddy Kasireddy
Kesava Reddy Kasireddy is CEO of Niyasys Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, he worked with IIT Bombay, TCS, Veritas, Symantec and CA Technologies. Under his direction, Niyasys has launched products - KaizenStar, Action Wallet, Orders2Cash(Order Management System), eventinn.com. During his working with MNCs in last 25+ years, he led the functions globally—Product Development, Business Intelligence, Application Security, Automation, Certification, Porting, Release, QA, Sustenance, L3 Escalations and Datacenter Management. He setup Symantec Development Center at Chennai in 2006. He setup several customer accounts during his tenure with TCS, including P&G FemCare, USA. He won couple of Awards during his career with employers. He was the convener of Technology Council at CA Inc.
In his initial days in software career, he worked as a developer for key products—Unigraphics and iMAN(now called TeamCenter) of EDS PLM Solutions, Veritas Storage Foundation (VxFS, VxVM & VVR), CA Clarity, and CA Servicedesk. He has handled major projects with global customers like Pratt&Whitney, EDS, Procter&Gamble and Boeing. During his tenure with CA, he has enriched relationships with technology partners in Asia— Microsoft, SUN, IBM, HP, Dell, to the advantage of mutual customers. Kesav is a Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Government Of India) certified Energy Manager. He is an ITIL V3 Foundation Certified engineer and a trained Six Sigma Champion.
